All club members under 18 are also required to have one parental member join as well.

If you have any questions about membership or the form itself, please feel free to email us at MtPleasantFSC@gmail.com or you can speak with a member of the board on the night of the banquet.

We look forward to an enjoyable night spent celebrating all of our skaters accomplishments.
