Spring 2021 Learn to Skate Registration is Open Now!

We are excited to announce that registration for our Spring 2021 Session of Learn to Skate is now available!

This session will run for 7 weeks from April 5 – May 20, 2021 and is open to both new and returning skaters ages 4 and up.  Classes are held on Monday or Thursday nights at 6:00 pm and include dedicated lesson time with a certified instructor and may include group and individual practice time activities. This session also includes the opportunity to perform in a skating exhibition on the last night of the session (more details soon).

Full schedule/cost is as follows:

Snowplow Sam — Ages 4 – 5
Mondays: (7 weeks)
Dates: April 5, 12, 19, 26; May 3, 10, 17
6:00 pm – 6:30 pm
Cost: $70.00
Signup Deadline: April 4, 2021 @ 8 pm

Thursdays: (7 weeks)
Dates: April 8, 15, 22, 29; May 6, 13, 20
6:00 pm – 6:30 pm
Cost: $70.00
Signup Deadline: April 7, 2021 @ 8 pm


Basic 1 – Pre Free Skate & Adult 1 – Adult 6 (Ages 6 and up)

Important Notes:

  • *All new skaters enrolled in this session will also need to pay $18 for the annual Learn to Skate USA Membership Fee.
  • This session includes the opportunity to perform in a skating exhibition on the last night of the session (more details soon).
  • Rental skates are available if needed. Cost will be $1.00 per lesson and paid weekly when you come for class.
  • If space allows, pro-rated registration may be available for those who sign up after the first week of classes.  Please email us at mtpleasantfsc@gmail.com to inquire on availability.
  • Helmets are not required for skaters aged 6 and up, but are encouraged for new skaters. (A bicycle helmet is acceptable).
  • Single Bladed skates are required, either figure or hockey. No double bladed skates will be allowed.
