Summer 2022 Learn to Skate Session

Time to Sign Up for Skating Lessons! Registration for the Summer 2022 Learn to Skate Session is open to new and advanced skaters ages 4 and up. This session is only 4 weeks in length but will be packed with lots of learning and fun! The Summer Session dates are from May 12 – June 2, 2022 with classes held on Thursday nights at 6 pm. This is our last session until Fall, so don’t miss out!

Thursdays:
4 weeks: May 12, 19, 26; June 2

Snowplow Sam (1, 2, 3, 4) — Ages 4 & 5 –
Time: 6:00 – 6:30 pm; Cost $40.00

Basic Skills Classes (1 – 6): Ages 6 – 17
Time: 6:00 – 6:50 pm; Cost $80.00

Adult Basic Skills: (1 – 6) Ages 18+
Time: 6:00 – 6:50 pm; Cost $80.00

Signup Deadline is May 11, 2022 @ 8 pm or until spots are filled.

Additional costs this session:
*$20.00 Annual Learn to Skate USA Membership Fee. Good July 1, 2021 – June 30, 2022 – for new skaters signing up for lessons for the first time in the 2021-22 skating season.

*Rental Skates (if needed) $1.00 per lesson – rental fee will be paid week to week when you pick up your rental skates.

Important Notes:

  • Helmets are required for all skaters 5 and under.  They are not required for skaters aged 6 and up, but are encouraged for new skaters. (A bicycle helmet is acceptable).
  • Single Bladed skates are required, either figure or hockey. No double bladed skates will be allowed.
  • Preferred method of payment is online by credit/debit. However, we do accept cash, check or money order made out to MPFSC, or debit/credit payments on the first night of class.
  • Class availability is subject to change due to capacity and coaching limits.
