We are so excited to announce that registration for our Fall 1 Session of Learn to Skate is now available!  — Registration is now closed! Please watch for our Fall 2 signup to begin at the beginning of October.

This session will run for 6 weeks from September 11 – October 19, 2023 and is open to both new and returning skaters ages 4 and up.  Classes are held on Monday and/or Thursday nights at 6:00 pm and includes dedicated lesson time with a certified instructor and group and individual practice time and activities.

Full schedule/cost is as follows:

Snowplow Sam — Ages 4 – 5

Mondays: (6 weeks)
Dates: September 11, 18, 25; October 2, 9, 16
6:00 pm – 6:25 pm
Cost: $60.00

Thursdays: (6 weeks)
Dates: September 14, 21, 28; October 5, 12, 19
6:00 pm – 6:25 pm
Cost: $60.00

Signup Deadline is September 10, 2023 @ 8 pm or until all spots are filled

Basic 1 – Basic 6 (Ages 6 – 17)
Adult 1 – Adult 6 (Ages 18 and up)

Cost: $120.00

Important Notes:

  • *All skaters enrolled in this session will also need to pay $20 for the annual Learn to Skate USA Membership Fee.
  • Dedicated adult classes are not guaranteed for this session due to coaching constraints.  If needed skaters may be placed in the equivalent Basic Skills class.
  • If space allows, pro-rated registration may be available for those who sign up after the first week of classes.  Please email us at mtpleasantfsc@gmail.com to inquire on availability.
  • Helmets are not required for skaters aged 6 and up, but are encouraged for new skaters. (A bicycle helmet is acceptable).
  • Rental skates are available if needed. Cost will be $2.00 per lesson and paid weekly when you come for class.
  • Single Bladed skates are required, either figure or hockey. No double bladed skates will be allowed.
